WASHINGTON Eric Dier Hotspur Jersey , Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- A man was arrested Monday on charges of killing a Chinese woman near the southeastern U.S. city of Atlanta, capital of the state of Georgia, local police said.
The Chinese consulate general in Houston confirmed the arrest, but said no further information was immediately available.
Local police identified the suspect as 24-year-old Brian Marsh Semrinec. The victim, 28-year-old Chinese woman surnamed Li and alumna of the Georgia Institute of Technology Dele Alli Hotspur Jersey , was found dead in her apartment near Atlanta on Sept. 18.
The incident has heightened the Chinese community's concerns about the safety of Chinese studying or living in the United States, especially after a high-profile case involving the disappearance of a Chinese female three months ago.

NEW DELHI, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Indian police have booked a Hindu spiritual guru on charges of raping a 21-year-old woman devotee inside his religious compound near the national capital.
A senior police official Thursday said that a case has been registered against 70-year-old self-styled godman Kaushlendra Prapanacharya Phalahari Maharaj after the woman lodged a police complaint in her homestate of Chhattisgarh in eastern India against him.
In her complaint, the woman has alleged the spiritual guru raped her when she visited his ashram (religious residential compound) at Alwar in the western state of Rajasthan last month.
"Police in Chhattisgarh have sent the complaint to us. Based on the complaint, we have registered a case of sexual exploitation and initiated investigation," the officer-in-charge pf Aravali police station in Alwar Danny Rose Hotspur Jersey , Hemraj Meena, told the media.
However, police have not been able to question or arrest the godman as he is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital. "We will question him after getting permission from doctors," Meena said.

Tony Romo engineered a stirring second-half comeback to lead the Dallas Cowboys to a nail-biting 24-20 NFC wild-card win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday and a trip back to the divisional round to meet the Green Bay Packers.
